CUSTOMER RETURN CLAIM PROCESS:
- Please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or call (951) 268-7908. You will need to provide your order number and items you wish to return

FOR UNITED STATES:
- Login to your TLD account, go to your ACCOUNT OVERVIEW>ORDER HISTORY, and select the order on which the item was purchased. There you will be able to request a Return Authorization for the specific item you wish to return.
- If you have not set up an account, or you checked out as a guest, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or call our (800) 239-6566.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will email you a return authorization number (RA #)
Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund and/or credit will be applied and emailed to you for confirmation. Please note that funds take as many as 7-10 days to post to your account from the time we receive the product.
- Items returned that are not in 100% resalable condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 5-15%.
- All exchanges will be processed as a refund and a separate order must be placed for the replacement product.
- Once your claim has been received, please allow 1- 3 days for our team to review the case. Our warranty on products is as follows:
- Product must display a defect that is strictly a manufacturer flaw. Products that display damage or weakness due to consumer use, crashes, or natural wear and tear are not covered in this process.
- Once the claim has been investigated and is eligible for warranty, we are able to offer the customer a replacement product. If we no longer carry the product or the product is out of stock, our team will provide an alternative of equal value.
Please note: Products returned without an RA # will not be accepted and sent back to the shipper at their expense. RAs are valid only for 30 days and will be returned if received after 30 day period.

Did you order the wrong thing from our website, and now you’re in a time crunch and need to exchange it? While we are always happy to exchange it for the right product at our Corona and Laguna Beach retail stores. However, the available inventory in those locations is very limited, so PLEASE, before going to one of those locations, make sure to call and check availability. We will even be happy to set one aside for you and hold it for up to 24 hours.

At Troy Lee Designs we take great pride in the quality and fit of each of our products. We will stand behind them 100%. If for any reason, you have not been completely satisfied, TLD will provide the following warranty policy.
We offer warranty inspection on all our products. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.
If the product is defective you can send it in to TLD for a warranty inspection. All warranty inspection will require a warranty authorization number (WA) in order to be inspected. If the product was purchased from a dealer, the dealer must contact TLD directly in order to receive a WA number. If the product was purchased directly from us, you will need to call TLD to receive a WA number. TLD requires all items sent in for repair must be clean. All products sent to us for warranty inspection should be sent prepaid freight and insured. Troy Lee Designs will not be held responsible for lost packages.
You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
