Careers at TLD

Take a peek inside Troy Lee Designs with Racer X's David Pingree.

We are racers, we are spectators. We are drivers, we are passengers. We are artists, designers and dreamers. We define the future by referring to the past. We don't follow trends, we create them. We have ideas, vision and passion. We take chances. We win, lose and sometimes DNF. We play it safe, we break the rules. We are Troy Lee Designs.

It's second nature for us to solve problems, create innovations and immerse them in art. It's a relentless drive to make things better, and it lives in everything we do; our athletes, our employees, our culture, our brand.

Based in Corona, California, our headquarters is fashioned from an old lumber yard. It's literally overflowing with bikes, helmets and racing memorabilia; our rich history and all the things that fuel our passion. Everything we create is designed here, by creative people that play as hard as they work.

Troy Lee Designs is always looking for talented individuals who are passionate about their work and love what they do. Now is your chance to work with people and products that promote outdoor lifestyles, innovation and creativity. Our work environment is casual, but fast-paced and the projects are challenging. If you've got what it takes, check out our job listings and join our team! We are an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
