TLD announces Racer X / Vurb Coloring Contest winners
Winners to receive limited edition "A Day in the Dirt" AIR helmet
The results are in. After much deliberation with the design team and paint department, Troy Lee has hand-picked the winners in three different categories: Under 10 years old, 10-15 years old, and over 15 years old.
In the Under 10 category, the winner is Ciaran Naran from Huntington Beach, CA. Ciaran will receive a yellow limited edition "A Day in the Dirt" AIR helmet. Honorable mention goes to Zach Tatar from Illinois.
In the 10-15 category, the winner is Tyler Whitfield from Rockford, IL. Tyler will receive a white limited edition "A Day in the Dirt" AIR helmet. Honorable mention goes to Preston Close from Michigan.
And in the Over 15 category, the winning design belongs to Justin Brunmeier from Loveland, CO. Justin will receive a black limited edition "A Day in the Dirt" AIR helmet. Honorable mention goes to Pierre-Albert Crusells from France.
Each winner also received a phone call from Troy Lee himself, announcing the results of the contest, and personally congratulating each designer.
Congratulations to the winners, and to everyone who participated. We received hundreds of very creative entries, some of which have even inspired our own team.
Some of the designs were good enough to be painted on a real helmet, or even make it to production. All you designers out there, keep at it... You could end up working for Troy one day!
