Chad Kagy

Although he started out riding dirt and park, Kagy has become a top star in vert in recent years and was an immediate heavyweight in the relatively new XG BMX Big Air competition. The defending Big Air gold medalist, Chad also earned gold in '08, as well as Vert gold at XG '06. Takes bigger risks than the meticulous Jamie Bestwick in Vert and remains Bestwick's closest competitor, firing out many banger signature moves as he launches for the top podium spot. He's nearly without peer in Big Air in 2011 and hopes to bring new moves to the ramp to make his grip on gold even tighter.
